I was released back into my world as a Water Dragon. I live in North Vancouver, BC, Canada.
Typed as a Humour/Intelligent, I find myself playing and morphing between types, trying them on like new clothes! My business partner, John, also co-founder of the Parachute Project tells me that the variations seem endless!
Besides my work with this project and my other coaching activities, I can be found designing/reinventing furniture, creating clothing, inventing new systems of thinking, sampling my husband's latest cuisine and being bossed around by our two cats.

I am a Waterdragon (completed Feb 2010).
They typed me as Humour/Intelligent, with alternating layers of charm, beauty and mischief.
I’ve been co-leading a variety of events, workshops etc. with my wonderful In-between partner for the past 5 years.
I want to help new CTI-trained leaders by sharing my own journey, knowledge and co-lead experience with them during their own In-between Project journeys.
In other slices of my life, and in no particular order, I am a Business Coach, a book editor and designer, a grandfather and a music-lover.

After a corporate career of 16 years in the rat race, I had my mid life moment (amped up by the Co-Active Coaching courses) and switched to a coaching career in 2006. I now live and work as an independent Co-Active coach in the Netherlands and am a Front of the Room leader for CTI.
I practise Leadership in Life, Love, Motherhood and Business and oh boy….what a roller coaster that is! 🙂

I am a proud Penguin, having completed the program in August 2012. I found the In–between Project experience to be transformative for me. I believe co-leading best serves our clients and allows us as leaders to have a whole lot more fun. And now, I am thrilled to support CTI leaders-in-training to help you make the most of your own experience. I also work co–actively with individuals, pairs and teams in the business world. I’m all about cultivating strong leaders and creating high voltage teams.

While I’ve lived in New York City for 20 years, I am a die-hard Chicagoan, longing to see my lovable Cubbies win a World Series.

Hi! In January of 2009 with the gathering of my Squirrel tribe I completed Co-Active Leadership.

I live in Calgary, Alberta with my husband and we have a blended family of six kids. I came to coaching from a career as a Corporate Paralegal plus having a few other careers before that as well.

Since having experienced the Co-Active® approach, I co-lead and co-coach in all the work I do in organizations. Co-leading is more fulfilling for me/us and also for those we work with.

Hello and welcome! I’m an Ostrich (we can’t fly but we sure can move fast!). I was typed as a charm type with subtypes of playful, easygoing, beauty and humor. This basically means I’m fun loving, grounded and love to connect deeply with people! I completed my leadership programme in May 2015.

After spending over 15 years in project and programme management, strategic development and change in both the public and non-profit sectors, I jumped off the diving board and went freelance as a leadership mentor and coach at the end of 2013. Straight after finishing CTI’s co-active coaching curriculum!

I am passionate about growth and development and my purpose is to educate and empower individuals to be their very best selves. I love seeing people gain or recover their inner strength and resourcefulness to evolve, grow and make new life changing choices. I also like to challenge myself, travel and have a huge appetite for knowledge!

I am a Koala (completed in 2013). Koalas are known to stay calm, have overview and to detoxify. That makes an interesting combination with my main type as Sex combined with danger, beauty, passionate and pulsating.

In my work I am a manager, project manager, advisor with public service and challenge others and myself to move towards balance. I love to combine different roles and projects, you will never find me doing just one thing. My journey with the parachute project started as assistant in Sitges and had so much joy witnessing and supporting the tribe members while co-creating with my fellow assistant.

My husband, daughter and I live in the home of our dreams in Holland where you can find me either in the kitchen, cooking good food, or in the garden playing with my daughter, reading, talking to friends or gardening.

In July 2013 I started my journey with CTI in the Coaching program. I barely made it through Fulfillment when I spotted the sparkle in our assistants eye’s and knew I wanted whatever she had. It was then that I heard about Leadership.

I became a Leopard in September of 2013, I am a Sex type; Fierce, Passionate and Velvety are my sub types.  Leopards hold the promise of new life, new perceptions and renewed perspective on life. I had no idea at that time how my world would open up.

My time is divided into volunteering at a women’s Shelter, mentoring staff in our business, coaching clients and tending to the diverse needs of a blended family. Currently I am taking space to uncover who I want to Be when I grow up, this has been my toughest work yet.

So who am I?  Rae-Ann is a wanderer, a pirate looking for the treasure in people, nature lover, spiritual being, outspoken advocate, trusted friend, quote captor and someone who will help you uncover your sparkle.

Our Project is GROWING!

A few months ago, this project which started in December 2013 went global. As a result, we are working with as many as We're looking for other CTI® Leadership Graduates to help us!

My name is Janice and I am a Magpie. I have a family I love (husband Manish, sister Jules and my parents Margaret and Bill) and awesome friends who have been there with me through the ups and downs of life. And now I have a tribe who truly see and appreciate me for who I am AND who continually call me forth to level up.
Leadership was another step within the CTI community for me. I am a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach. I came to coaching from the world of fundraising. For almost ten years I was a Senior Consultant at KCI, Canada’s largest fundraising consulting firm.
Now I get to combine my passions by partnering with coaching clients in the social profit sector to help them create an inspired vision that transforms lives. I work with fundraisers and fundraising teams who want to be leaders who make a difference in the world. And I get to do this with David Langiulli (Magpie tribe) and Silvia Bueso (Ant tribe). David, Silvia and I are fundraisers, coaches and leaders who connected via Leadership and felt that instant magic of what we could co-create together.
The coaching community is an important space for me and I recently served as vice-president and secretary for the International Coach Federation, Toronto Chapter. Some of my other passions are Nia dance classes, ice skating, taking improv classes, and reading.
I am a Beauty type and leadership helped me to understand that my superpower is creating space and building trust.

Hello! I graduated as a Mockingbird in 2014 and am thrilled to have witnessed and assisted the Cardinals in 2017. I loved the CTI Leadership Programme, beginning to end, and beyond… although it took me a while to own my sub-types of fierce, smouldering, and killer. They call me Danger, with a good dose of Eccentric and Intelligence. I am pretty grounded and can be trusted to hold an open and compassionate space for others in which to explore and brush up against edges, triggers and so much more.
I am an avid learner and have a thing about bridges. I refer here to the ones that exist, and break, between people and groups. Born into a family of multiple divides, from an early age I would seek to reconcile conflicts of others. Not that this in any way curbed my enthusiasm to provoke conflicts to shift dynamics elsewhere. Nowadays, with over 2 decades of regional and international HR leadership experience in private and public sectors, I work as an HR Consultant in the areas of Cultural Change, Leadership Development and Team and Organisational Performance. I can also be found active in the co-creation and innovation space brining together the humanitarian and private sectors in the area of sustainability. I continue to be fascinated by the motivation and behaviour of people and am happiest building bridges - creating and deepening healthy partnerships – between people, teams, organisations and sectors for greater societal good.

You'll see my name on emails, and notifications. Just rest assured, I have the ear of all of the coaches and can find answers to your questions quite quickly!

I'm looking forward to getting to know you!
